Job description
You will take ownership of Salesforce in a greenfield setup, designing and building an environment that prioritizes simplicity, standardization and long-term maintainability. Working closely with Product, Tech, business stakeholders and an external implementation partner, you ensure Salesforce supports product-led growth while minimizing manual work and administrative overhead. A key part of your role is deliberately avoiding the recreation of legacy complexity. In addition, you will:
- Design Salesforce solutions using a configuration-first, low-code approach (Flows and standard capabilities)
- Set up and maintain scalable data models in Salesforce Data Cloud that support product-led and data-driven use cases
- Translate business and data questions from Sales, Marketing and Support into clear, enforceable system designs
- Build dashboards and reports that enable transparent, data-driven decision-making
- Support and reason about integrations between Salesforce and the wider system landscape Culture/the team You will join a passionate, informal and highly driven Product & Tech department of around 40 people. Requirements
You are a Salesforce Developer with a strong engineering mindset who enjoys designing systems rather than just implementing tickets. You are comfortable working independently, making deliberate design choices, and pushing back on unnecessary exceptions or over-customization. You care deeply about usability, data quality and building systems that scale. Specifically, you bring:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and Flow Builder
- Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- A data-driven mindset and interest in Data Cloud and analytics
- The ability to clearly bridge business needs and technical solutions within a broader Lead-to-Cash landscape
