Job description
- You'll run experiments to fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, integrate them into production workflows and agentic systems, and collaborate with researchers to make models reliable, efficient, and production-ready.
- This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who loves both experimentation and building.
Requirements
- 5+ years in ML engineering, with LLM exposure (fine-tuning, prompt optimisation, synthetic data, etc.)
- Strong Python & PyTorch with transformer model know-how
- Experience deploying ML models to production at scale
- Bonus: Multi-GPU training, AI agent frameworks, or experience with synthetic data generation
- Curious, pragmatic, and thrives in a fast-moving product environment
