Scrum Master-Flight

Role as Scrum MasterAs a Scrum Master, you are the catalyst for team development and change. You help the team maintain a stable CiSS environment while simultaneously growing towards ownership of the future AODB. You encourage ownership, self-organization, and proactivity, and you challenge the team to collaborate, deliver quality, and continuously improve.

Tasks and responsibilities- Coaching and facilitating: Can guide teams in collaboration, ownership, and self-organization;- Identify and break patterns that hinder ownership, collaboration, or progress;- Create a culture where learning, continuous improvement, and ownership are central;- Support the Product Owner in optimizing the product backlog and prioritizing;- Coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to address dependencies in the supply chain in a timely manner;- Stimulating technical improvement initiatives (such as CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring);- Helping develop broad deployability within the team, so that work can be tackled collaboratively and flexibly.

Further profile: Change agent: Breaks patterns that hinder growth and progress and encourages continuous improvement. Technically savvy: Understands back-end systems (APIs, CI/CD, monitoring) and can communicate about them with developers and engineers. Strong communication skills: Able to coordinate effectively with other teams and stakeholders in a complex supply chain. Scrum expert: Has Scrum certification (PSM I/II or CSM), preferably supplemented with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaling frameworks. Hands-on and stress-resistant: Brings calmness, overview, and decisiveness to a dynamic environment.
