Job description
As Service Architect Manager, you are the service solution architect for a specific number of products. You define the service architecture and you ensure it is capable of meeting the required service level (SLA) at a controlled cost. You will validate industry/upstream service patterns with offers for our key business.
Your major activities will be:
- Define the service architecture that integrates existing or future core services that can meet customer needs, taking into account the entire solution lifecycle
- Define the service solution and detail the design of the requirements framework associated with Services/Support, specification of processes, resources, tools and processes between participants, through participation in customer and user meetings, coordination of service business contributors, and organize the Service Orientation Review
- Inform the development of the solutions, taking into account the implementation context and the economic or technological opportunities (through the activities of monitoring, analysis of customer feedback, users and industries, and though proactiveness in new solutions)
- Evaluate the service solution in terms of lifetime cost and performance through modeling and analyze implementation alternatives seeking cost/performance optimization
- Analyze risks (technical infeasibility, failure to control commitments) and propose associated action plans
- Contribute to knowledge management and capitalization and share knowledge internally and externally
- Promote solutions and product services
Requirements
- You are an enthusiastic and committed professional with a higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in a commercial, logistical or business administration field and able to engage easily with various stakeholders.
- You are someone who likes to chat, shows interest in others and is curious about how to make everything and everyone work together as well as possible. You take initiative and understand that you get much further together than alone.
- You have good verbal and written expression skills in Dutch and English for communication with your colleagues and customers, but also with contractual parties and colleague branches across the border for contract execution as well as knowledge sharing.
- You enjoy and have experience in jointly setting up and developing the department and know how to involve and motivate various disciplines. In doing so, you know how to empathize with your customer's world and convey this to your own customer-oriented team.
