Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven User Acquisition Manager to help significantly scale our app\u2019s growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on running rapid experimentation, learning quickly, and iterating on bold ideas to drive measurable, mission-aligned results.

\ud83c\udfaf What You\u2019ll Be Doing

You\u2019ll be a highly hands-on operator, deeply engaged with campaigns, creatives, data, and attribution tools. This is a demanding role with plenty of autonomy, collaborative problem-solving, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our app and our users.

Own the Growth Engine : Design, launch, and optimize web-based landing pages and app install / engagement campaigns across Meta, SDK networks, AppLovin, and other key channels.

Metric Ownership : Own and drive performance metrics : CAC, LTV, CPI, ROAS, retention, and event tracking.

Rapid Experimentation : Run rapid experimentation across channels, creatives, and messaging\u2014scaling what works, and cutting what doesn't to unlock maximum growth.

Creative Partnership : Partner closely with creative teams to develop performance-driven ads that simplify complex messages into scroll-stopping executions.

Data Integrity : Dive deep into attribution and analytics platforms (MMPs, SDKs, event tracking) to understand performance and ensure data precision.

Budget Management : Manage significant budgets with precision, making confident, data-backed decisions.

Ecosystem Expertise : Stay ahead of channel updates, tools, and growth hacks in the ever-evolving performance ecosystem.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in app growth or performance marketing, ideally with a mobile-first focus.

A proven track record of scaling ROI-driven campaigns at meaningful budget levels.

Highly analytical skills : comfortable working with large data sets, event funnels, LTV models, CAC efficiency, and budget allocation.

Fast operator : moves quickly from hypothesis \u2192 test \u2192 result \u2192 scale.

Creative thinker : understands the mechanics of performance creatives and how to optimize messaging for conversion.

Platform Breadth : Extensive experience across major platforms (Meta + SDK networks) and attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch).

Hands-on and autonomous : comfortable owning both strategy and execution.

Resilient and resourceful : you\u2019ve successfully solved technical issues with attribution, integrations, or reporting before.

Experience building mobile web acquisition funnels that successfully convert into app subscriptions.

Experience managing spend at the $100k+ / month level.

Exposure to subscription / LTV-driven app growth models.

Knowledge of ASO and the interplay between organic and paid growth.
