We are proud to recruit for a mission-driven SaaS company in the climate-tech space that helps organisations measure, manage and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. Their energy and carbon platforms provide real-time insights to support reporting and net-zero commitments., You will be the day-to-day owner of service delivery and customer support across our energy-data and carbon-accounting platforms. Working closely with the sales and product teams, you will oversee client onboarding and implementation, prepare technical documentation, handle service enquiries and renewals, and feed client feedback into the product roadmap., Client onboarding & implementation
- Own onboarding and implementation for new clients - from discovery through go-live and so ensuring installations run smoothly and meet agreed timelines.
- Prepare integration steps, data-mapping support and user guides; act as the primary technical point of contact, translating client requirements into technical tasks.
- Lead high-level demos and technical walkthroughs for prospects and customers; provide training to client teams.
Service delivery & support
- Serve as the single point of contact for service and support inquiries; triage issues and work with engineering to deliver timely, convincing solutions witing agreed SLAs
- Troubleshoot system configuration issues, provide guidance on platform setup and usage, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Manage inventory and logistics of hardware sensors, ensuring timely shipment and installation for clients.
- Produce and maintain internal and external documentation, including delivery workflows and playbooks.
Commercial & operational management
- Write and coordinate technical proposals, quotes, statements of work and RFP responses.
- Support pricing and invoicing processes; manage renewals, contract administration and follow-ups to ensure revenue continuity.
- Contribute to marketing decks, case studies and other client-facing materials in collaboration with marketing.
- Record and report on delivery milestones, billable hours and client satisfaction.
Product & process improvement
- Feed client feedback into the product team; identify recurring issues and propose product enhancements.
- Contribute to building standardised proposal templates and technical inputs for future sales cycles.

Requirements
The role is remote and requires a blend of customer-facing skills, technical capability and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS service delivery or technical consulting within energy, sustainability or IoT-driven software., * SaaS implementation & support: 3+ years of experience in service delivery, implementation consulting or customer success for SaaS platforms. Experience supporting energy management, carbon accounting, IoT or sustainability software is highly desirable.
- Technical communication: Able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and prepare documentation, diagrams and training materials. Comfortable with integrations (APIs, data formats) and systems troubleshooting.
- Customer-facing & commercial acumen: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships, deliver demos and presentations, and produce proposals and SOWs. Experience managing renewals and contract administration is a plus.
- Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently, coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver on time. Familiarity with agile project management and remote collaboration.
- Domain knowledge: Understanding of carbon accounting, energy data, ESG reporting or sustainability concepts is preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM and project management tools.
- Soft skills: Self-directed, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment. Able to balance technical and client-facing responsibilities and work flexibly across time zones.
Desirable
- Prior experience with sensor-based energy management systems or IoT platforms.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting standards and ESG frameworks.

Benefits & conditions
Salary: £35,000-£50,000 per year depending on experience and location.
