Job description
- Provide a fast, friendly, and highly reliable first point of contact for all IT needs at the Training Ground, ensuring First Team operations run without disruption.
- Support First Team operations during early mornings, evenings, weekends, travel periods, and in fast-changing scenarios where adaptability is essential.
- Provide a visible presence during training hours, ensuring staff receive proactive support before issues impact performance or preparation.
- Drive innovation and present new opportunities in IT which will enhance the day-to-day running of the sporting departments.
- Deliver hands-on and remote support for MacBooks, mobile devices, CCTV and A/V equipment used daily by coaches, analysts, and players.
- Work with the Sporting and Facility departments on infrastructure projects requiring IT at the Training Ground.
- Escalate critical and high priority tickets to line and senior management.
- Proactively contribute to service and user improvement initiatives.
- Build and configure IT equipment.
- Accurately update IT asset database.
- Support the IT Manager with specific project work.
- Any other duties specified by your line manager.
Requirements
- JAMF experience advantageous
- MacOS and IOS experience essential
- Previous Football experience advantageous
