The HubSpot CRM Specialist is required to take full ownership of our HubSpot platform and ensure it delivers maximum value across marketing, sales, service, and customer success teams.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will define the HubSpot roadmap, implement scalable workflows, and manage integrations that connect our tech stack. You'll be responsible for driving data quality, compliance, and governance while enabling automation and reporting that improve efficiency and visibility across the business.
Acting as the go-to HubSpot expert, you will partner with stakeholders, deliver tailored training, and champion best practices to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. The impact you'll make
In this role, you will shape our CRM strategy by defining and executing a HubSpot roadmap that aligns with our growth goals and transforms how we engage customers across the entire lifecycle.
You'll drive operational excellence by building scalable workflows, automations, and reporting that empower sales, marketing, and customer success teams to work smarter and faster. Your dashboards and analytics will enable data-driven decisions, giving leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and GTM performance.
Through training and stakeholder engagement, you'll champion adoption and best practices, ensuring HubSpot becomes a trusted, high-performing tool across the business. You'll also lead innovation by introducing automation, AI-driven enhancements, and continuous improvements that elevate efficiency and customer experience. As the go-to HubSpot authority, you'll influence how technology supports our commercial strategy and create a culture of CRM excellence.
Role responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership & Strategy

Act as the internal HubSpot owner, ensuring the platform supports all customer-facing teams across marketing, sales, service, and customer success

Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, workflows, and system configurations

Define and maintain a HubSpot roadmap aligned with company growth and strategic goals
-
Monitor new HubSpot releases, evaluating and implementing features that improve efficiency and adoption.

Oversee integrations between CRM, data enrichment, CPQ, and BI platforms
Implementation & Optimisation

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and pain points
-
Experience of custom development within CRM

Build, optimise, and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, and reporting dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership teams

Oversee data quality through cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and governance
-
Manage integrations (native and custom) to ensure seamless data flow across systems

Deliver structured UAT/SIT testing pre-rollout and monitor adoption post-launch

Continuously improve lead management, pipeline visibility, and customer success handoffs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training

Act as the go-to HubSpot expert across sales, marketing, finance and operations teams

Translate technical solutions into clear, business-friendly communication for all stakeholders

Deliver tailored training sessions, onboarding guides, and best-practice playbooks

Provide senior leadership with KPI, ROI, and system performance reporting.
Governance & Best Practice

Maintain up-to-date HubSpot documentation (architecture, workflows, data models)
-
Ensure GDPR compliance and data management standards across the platform

Establish HubSpot usage guidelines and enforce best practice playbooks

Coach teams on HubSpot functionality and adoption of new features.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes across the customer journey

Explore AI and other innovations within HubSpot to improve efficiency

Monitor adoption metrics, proactively closing gaps in usage or reporting accuracy, Success in this role will be defined by measurable improvements to CRM, data quality, workflow efficiency and marketing and sales enablement. Key indicators of success include:

Requirements

In depth HubSpot expertise across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub
-
Proven experience implementing and scaling HubSpot in mid-market or enterprise environments with some custom development
-
Strong workflow automation and process design experience within HubSpot
-
Data management expertise (imports, mapping, deduplication, cleansing, governance)
-
Analytical mindset with ability to design, build advanced and interpret dashboards and performance reports such as forecasting, pipeline health, and GTM performance
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Experience delivering training and driving CRM adoption
-
Experience managing HubSpot integrations (native or API-based).
Even better, but not essential, if you have:

HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architecture, Marketing Software, Sales Hub Implementation)

Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub, advanced data sync, and custom workflows
-
Familiarity with APIs or iPaaS tools (Zapier, syncsmart)
-
Experience embedding AI into HubSpot workflows (forecasting, QA, content generation)
-
Change management or CRM adoption program experience.
