Job description

The role requires occasional travel to client sites to support our Restructuring teams preserve and collect data from a wide range of IT systems. The Restructuring Pillar assist distressed companies either in Administration or Insolvency. Therefore, the ability to work unsupervised and adapt to situations and people, in what are at times stressful, and time sensitive situations is key. Due to travel requirements your own transport is necessary. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and solutions across a range of forensic service operations Manage and maintain systems within the Office 365 and Azure environments Support virtualisation technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) to ensure system resilience and scalability Assist with integration and troubleshooting across AWS and Google Workspace platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimise technology tools Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes Provide user training and guidance on technology products and platforms Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Familiarity with AWS and Google Workspace environments Demonstrated ability to use and support a wide range of technology products Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) Experience in a forensic, legal, or investigative services environment would be desirable Additional Information Our Values Straightforward: We provide clear, no-nonsense advice Confident: Our guidance is backed by expertise and evidence Pragmatic: We focus on practical solutions and tangible outcomes Real: We are professional yet approachable, understanding the challenges our clients face Our Commitment to You and the Environment At FRP, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
