Requirements
with previous hands-on experience of software development in either Java or Python, and experience of working in a feature team where your contribution is measured by the impact of the features you deliver to our customers. You'll be responsible for leading moderate-sized projects or features within a team. Stakeholder management skills and dealing with ambiguity are key.Responsibilities

Experience managing teams across the full software development lifecycle, from planning to production support.Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and assessing the performance of software engineers at different levels.Hands-on development experience with development technologies such as Java or Python, and experience with cloud tech such as AWSExperience of writing distributed highly scalable and available backend systems & APIs.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate globally.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and driveDemonstrated abilities driving operational excellence and best practicesDemonstrated experience in shipping high quality products and servicesAble to communicate technical concepts simply and successfully, to both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat You Can Expect
