Full Stack Frontend Developer

• Create and refine UX mockups and prototypes that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using Liferay, ReactJS, and PowerApps across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design patterns to enhance maintainability and efficiency.
• Provide production and post-production support, ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of deployed applications.
• Work collaboratively with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and critical initiatives within the application portfolio.
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in software development.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile UX Designer / Full Stack Frontend Developer to join our core development team, contributing to both development and support projects within critical business environments. This role offers long-term visibility and involves end-to-end delivery, including production and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UX design, Liferay Frontend, ReactJS, and PowerApps, with a proven ability to design and deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions across both on-premises and cloud-based platforms. Prior experience in the utilities industry is highly desirable.
