- You have proven experience improving end-to-end processes, with the ability to understand cross-functional workflows, identify inefficiencies or control gaps, and drive scalable, sustainable improvements.
- You have hands-on experience with tax and finance systems, such as tax engines, ERP systems, workflow or project management tools, and/or data transformation tools; experience with analytics or data visualisation is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes against deadlines
- You have a good understanding of accounting fundamentals and IT terminology, enabling effective collaboration with finance and engineering stakeholders.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you're the kind of person described above!
