Interim Talent AnalystContract: 3 months initiallyLocation: London office with very flexible workingThe assignmentOur client is seeking an Interim Talent Analyst to support a short term talent and succession planning initiative. The role will focus on mapping potential, creating talent materials for senior leadership, and supporting succession planning activity. This assignment would suit someone who is bright, analytical, and comfortable working with people data, even if they are early in their career.Key responsibilitiesSupport the client in mapping and documenting their potential modelCreate talent cards for leadership teamsSupport succession planning activity, including readiness and role criticality mappingAnalyse people data and identify simple, meaningful insightsProduce clear, well-structured slide decks and materials for senior leadershipProvide ad hoc analytical and project support as requiredSkills and experienceStrong data and analytical capabilityComfortable building
