Job description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and interest in the company's SaaS solutions.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Translate and adapt outreach materials and product messaging into natural, business-level Japanese.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or lead generation experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Background in Demand Generation industry
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture and communication style.
