Job description
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to identify qualified leads.
- Engage with Korean-speaking decision-makers in marketing and sales functions.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate with marketing teams on localised campaigns for the Korean market.
- Research target accounts to personalise outreach and increase engagement rates.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support pre-sales activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR role (Demand Generation, SaaS, or Marketing Technology preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem is advantageous.
