Job description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to identify qualified leads.
  • Engage with Korean-speaking decision-makers in marketing and sales functions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on localised campaigns for the Korean market.
  • Research target accounts to personalise outreach and increase engagement rates.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support pre-sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR role (Demand Generation, SaaS, or Marketing Technology preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem is advantageous.
