Technical Support Executive - Java & Python

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Executive with working knowledge of Java and Python to provide high-quality technical assistance to end users and internal teams. The role focuses on diagnosing application-level issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring reliable system operations., * Provide technical support for applications developed using Java and Python.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot application errors, bugs, and performance-related issues.
• Analyse system logs, error messages, and application behavior to identify root causes.
• Respond to user queries via email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to development teams with clear and detailed documentation.
• Assist with application deployments, upgrades, and patches.
• Maintain accurate support documentation, including FAQs, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor applications and systems to ensure uptime, stability, and performance.
• Adhere to IT support procedures, best practices, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Do you have experience in Zendesk?, * Basic to intermediate working knowledge of Java and Python.

• Understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL for basic querying and issue analysis.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
