Join a growing Business Development team as a Data Administrator and play a key role at the start of the sales cycle. You'll use data, research tools, and AI platforms to identify and qualify opportunities, providing actionable insights to help the team generate revenue.   • Research companies, markets, and key decision-makers to identify high-quality business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead and account data in the CRM, ensuring clean, actionable records for the team.
  • Provide prioritised lead lists, market intelligence, and insights to support business development activity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Produce clear reports, summaries, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing high-quality data (desirable).
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and cleaning.
  • Experience with AI or automation tools to support research tasks (advantageous).
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Interest in data management, reporting, and pipeline support roles.
