Senior Change Project Manager - Cyber Security

A bit about the job

You ' ll join our Global Cyber Change team - a highly motivated and visible group working across Norwich, London, Bristol, and York., * Proven track record delivering business solutions that balance time, cost, and quality.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.

• Experience leading complex change initiatives and overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Skilled in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including oversight of external suppliers.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with solid governance and reporting experience - ideally in a regulated environment.

• Starting salary National: Circa £ 60,000 London: Circa £ 70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) .

• Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
