Job description
- Provide advanced on-site and remote IT support to end users
- Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and documentation
- Handle warehousing activities related to IT equipment (receiving, storage, distribution, returns)
- Dispatch and coordinate IT support tasks and technicians as required
- Log, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of active tickets
- Act as a key communication link between users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with internal IT processes and service standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Support
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management and warehousing processes
- Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service workflows
- Minimum B2 level in French (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
