Job description

  • Provide advanced on-site and remote IT support to end users
  • Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and documentation
  • Handle warehousing activities related to IT equipment (receiving, storage, distribution, returns)
  • Dispatch and coordinate IT support tasks and technicians as required
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of active tickets
  • Act as a key communication link between users, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with internal IT processes and service standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Support

  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management and warehousing processes
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service workflows
  • Minimum B2 level in French (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
