• Lead technical clarity across all engineering aspects.
• Plan and prioritize the backlog and allocate tasks to team members.

• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of delivered software.
• Supervise all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Experience with various testing types: unit testing, API testing, acceptance testing, and load testing.

• Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
