Trade Floor Support Engineer Trading Systems

• Provide day-to-day technical and application support to traders and front-office teams on the trading floor
• Troubleshoot issues across desktops, trading applications, market data feeds and infrastructure components
• Maintain and support key trading systems such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Reuters Eikon, Fidessa or similar platforms
• Liaise with infrastructure, application and network teams to ensure minimal disruption to trading operations
• Deliver a high level of service working under pressure in a live trading environment, * Inside IR35 engagement
• Onsite London (no remote option due to front-office nature)
• 6-month initial contract with potential for extension

If you have a background supporting traders and front-office technology in global banking or investment environments we'd like to hear from you.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in trade floor or front-office support within financial services
• Strong knowledge of trading applications (Bloomberg, Aladdin, etc.) and associated workflows
• Solid technical foundation in Windows networking and desktop/application support
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure time-critical environment, * Ruby
