Website Designer

WE Talent are supporting a highly established retail e-commerce business that is launching a brand-new website for a new part of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a Web / Digital Designer who enjoys variety, creativity and being part of something that's still taking shape.

This role would suit someone who likes getting involved beyond pure design execution - contributing ideas, improving journeys, and helping shape how a growing digital platform looks and feels. What you'll be doing:

• Designing engaging digital assets for web, email, social and paid media
• Working closely with UX, developers and marketing to bring ideas to life
• Helping build and maintain consistent design systems
• Contributing creative ideas to improve the website and digital campaigns
• Producing motion, animation or interactive elements where appropriate
• Supporting product launches, promotions and new campaigns
• Ensuring designs work beautifully across devices, platforms and users
• Keeping up to date with digital design and e-commerce trends

UX, Ecommerce, * Proven experience in web / digital design within a commercial or agency setting

• Experience of ecommerce and ideally Shopify is highly desirable
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A good understanding of responsive and user-focused design
• A creative eye, strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Someone who enjoys building something new and being part of its evolution
