Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies for multi-country implementation.

Collaborate with global product teams, HRIT, and regional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.

Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement by planning and facilitating the full cadence of meetings, updates, and workshops to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum across all program participants.

Steer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) integration testing.

Communicate effectively with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Risk Management: Maintain and analyze RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to mitigate barriers and support informed decision-making.

Localization & Compliance: Ensure system configuration meets country-specific legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.

Establish trust and credibility as a strategic partner by fostering collaboration with global and local teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of program objectives.

Change Management: Drive adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder readiness initiatives.
