Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst to lead on digital transformation projects within the Trust. This key role will support the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) procurement exercise and the Digital First Programme, ensuring that new systems and processes deliver measurable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency., As the lead analyst, you will:

  • Drive business change activities for EPR procurement and Digital First initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, using negotiation and facilitation skills to overcome resistance and embed new ways of working.
  • Analyse, document, and redesign business processes to ensure efficiency, usability, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and change management plans.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to other Business Change Analysts within the programme team.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure system configuration supports accurate, timely information for patient care.

Requirements

  • Educated to Master's level in IM&T or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of change management, business process redesign, and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within challenging timescales.
