Manager Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• You'll work with leading IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, and CyberArk.
• You'll help clients design and implement sustainable identity and access solutions, processes, and team models to manage evolving risks.
• You'll assess workflows and documentation through interviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• You'll support clients in improving IAM practices, run table-top exercises, and help develop remediation plans.
• You'll plan and manage engagements, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and coordinate with client leadership.
• You'll review team work, manage expectations, and use KPMG tools to deliver high-quality results.
• You'll promote teamwork, accountability, and strong project management throughout your engagements.

• You have 5+ years of experience in IAM and related services.
• You're direct, honest, and open to learning from both success and failure.
• You take initiative and enjoy managing projects from start to finish.
• You speak English and Dutch or French fluently.
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM or experience with tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk or Azure AD are a plus.
• You understand key IAM concepts like access controls, LDAP, RBAC, authentication and PKI.
• You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies., * Dutch (Very good knowledge)
