We look forward to your support - at our locations!, * Support and further development of the SuccessFactors modules Compensation, Employee Central and Story Reporting
- Help shape global and demanding processes such as the annual remuneration and bonus round as well as personnel planning and cost planning
- Conceptual development and support of the HR reporting landscape, in particular Story Reporting and Query Manager
- Identifying new technologies and innovative (AI) approaches to optimise HR processes
- Providing technical support for a wide variety of integrations and interfaces
- Moderating workshops and helping to shape HR processes in collaboration with related teams, such as software development, finance, BI and IT operations
- Recording and reviewing new requirements, as well as planning implementation, taking into account overall processes and system architecture

Requirements
Do you have experience in System architecture?, * Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in managing IT projects, moderating workshops and designing business processes
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Compensation, Employee Central and Reporting modules, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors platform
- Enjoy working with data and have strong analytical skills
- Structured and goal-oriented approach to work
- Very good German (C1) and English skills
