Job description
We are seeking a Digital Analytics & Tracking Manager who is passionate about understanding user behaviour and leveraging data to drive product excellence. In this role, you will lead the implementation of tracking and analytics tools, design and analyze A/B tests, and build dashboards that provide actionable insights for our internal stakeholders. Your work will empower our teams to make informed, data-driven decisions and continuously improve our digital offerings.
You will play a key role in defining and monitoring KPIs, ensuring legal compliance in data handling, and fostering a culture of analytics across our digital product teams. Your key responsibilities:
Tracking Strategy & Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize tracking concepts for websites and apps (e.g., using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Tag Management Systems). Ensure consistent and legally compliant data collection.
User Behaviour Analytics: Analyze user behaviour (click paths, dwell time, conversion rates, etc.), identify optimization opportunities, and derive actionable recommendations.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve user experience and conversion rates.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to visualize relevant KPIs and trends for various stakeholders (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Stakeholder Consulting: Advise and train internal teams on tracking topics, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
Legal & Data Handling: Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., EU Data Act, GDPR) when handling user data and tracking technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, UX/UI, development, and legal teams to optimally implement tracking requirements., * Health and Safety -Highest standards and a wide range of health promotion and healthcare activities

Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * 3-5 years of experience in implementing and analyzing tracking and analytics solutions for digital products.
- Strong knowledge of common tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Tag Manager, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in building dashboards.
- Understanding of legal frameworks in data analytics (e.g., EU Data Act, GDPR).
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics clearly.
