IT Manager

This is a leadership position with hands-on responsibility for IT operations, infrastructure, and security alignment. You'll oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage a small team, and ensure systems are resilient, compliant, and future-ready. You'll also play a key role in shaping technology strategy and supporting consultancy projects., * Lead and manage the internal IT team, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Oversee infrastructure (cloud + on-prem), networking, and core systems
• Drive IT governance, compliance, and security best practices (ISO27001, GDPR, SOC)
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
• Support consultancy projects with technical input and client engagement
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and technology roadmaps

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Proven experience in IT management or senior IT leadership roles

• Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
• Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous but not essential
