Job description
The AI Center of Excellence is a central enablement group responsible for driving the strategic, ethical, and scalable adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. The CoE defines standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for responsible AI use; provides education, tooling, and guidance to business and engineering teams; and fosters innovation through collaboration, experimentation, and reuse of AI capabilities., * Run the AI Governance Process - manage intake, triage, reviews, and approvals for all AI initiatives across CPaaS, CCaaS, and UCaaS product lines.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Reviews - ensure Privacy, Legal, InfoSec, and Product stakeholders complete required checks and decisions are recorded.

Maintain the AI Inventory & Risk Register - track AI systems, models, and vendors with clear ownership, risk levels, and approval status.

Monitor Compliance & Reporting - verify adherence to EU AI Act, NIS2, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and internal governance controls; produce dashboards and summaries for leadership.

Support Audits & Continuous Improvement - prepare governance evidence, streamline workflows, and promote consistent application of governance standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Risk, or Compliance).

Experience operating AI or technology governance processes within enterprise SaaS or regulated environments.

Strong understanding of CPaaS, CCaaS, and UCaaS product landscapes and how AI is embedded within them.

In-depth knowledge of the EU AI Act and related frameworks (NIS2, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).

Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews and manage parallel approvals efficiently.

Excellent organizational and communication skills , with attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Nice to Have

Prior exposure to AI assurance, evaluation, or model-risk management practices.

Experience with governance tooling (e.g., JIRA workflows, dashboards, or compliance portals).

Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 , or other security and compliance standards relevant to cloud communications.

A master's degree in a related field is an advantage.
