Job description
- Develop and maintain Configuration & Data Management (CDM) and PLM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards including DEF STAN 05-57, JSP945, EIA-649C, ISO and AS standards
- Provide functional input to resolve technical, project, and programme conflicts related to PLM/CDM
- Support adoption of an integrated digital engineering and PLM environment
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and processes
- Develop and deliver user guides, work instructions, and training materials
- Deliver end-user training and ongoing support on Teamcenter Unified
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to embed best practices
Requirements
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Configuration Management principles and defence standards
- Experience working with PLM systems, ideally Teamcenter Unified
- Experience developing training materials and delivering user training
- Logical, structured mindset with strong documentation skills
