• General knowledge of IT systems (Software Installs, Network Connectivity / Microsoft and Windows OS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong customer service orientation to provide timely and efficient support
• Effective communication skills
• Valid UK driving license to travel to various sites
• A clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to working in educational environments
