Job description

A fast-growing, global financial services organisation is seeking a IT Access Management Analyst to join its centralised IT function. Supporting a workforce of 15,000+ users across multiple international locations, including senior leaders and VIP stakeholders, this role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless access to systems and applications.

As a IT Access Management , you will play a key role in managing the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) lifecycle, ensuring users have the right access at the right time. You'll process requests via ServiceNow, administer permissions across enterprise platforms, and work closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Delivery teams to maintain compliance, audit readiness, and service excellence., * Administer and manage user access across Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, and related systems

  • Execute Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes with accuracy and urgency
  • Process and resolve access requests using ServiceNow ITSM
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for access-related queries, escalations, and audits
  • Maintain and enhance documentation for access management processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure policy adherence
  • Support continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives and knowledge-base updates
  • Monitor queues and workflows, escalating issues where required

Requirements

  • You'll bring a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in access security and IT service excellence.
  • 2+ years' experience in Service Desk, IT Support, User Administration, or Access Management
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
  • Understanding of the JML lifecycle and access security principles
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Benefits & conditions

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Location: Remote (2 days per month on-site in Central Milton Keynes)

Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) - Possible Permanent
