Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver customer-centric Salesforce solutions. You will play a hands-on role in the full project lifecycle, while also acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Supporting and evolving architecture standards, development frameworks and best practices.
• Working within cross-functional digital teams to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions.
• Providing technical input for pre-sales activities, proposals and RFPs.
• Continuously developing your skills through mentoring, knowledge sharing and project experience.

You will ideally bring:

• Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
• Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flow Builder.
• Understanding of development lifecycles, code management and Salesforce best practices.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Administrator) are an advantage.
• Experience working in a client-facing consulting or CRM implementation role.
