Product Owner

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our Product Team in Zurich. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, well prioritized, and delivered with high quality and value.

You will take ownership of the product backlog, guide development planning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product processes across the organization., * Generate clear, structured, and actionable product requirements for implementation by development teams

• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
• Plan, prepare, and conduct backlog refinement, planning, and prioritization meetings
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities
• Actively contribute to the improvement of product management and delivery processes within the product organization
• Document and maintain release notes for product deliveries
• Create and update user guides and other product documentation to support internal teams and end users

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile product development environment

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, well-defined requirements
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Comfortable documenting product changes and creating user-focused documentation
• An IT, engineering, or technical background is a plus
