Aerospace Design Engineering Team Lead (ETL)

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Design Engineering Team Lead (ETL) to manage a high-performing design team and ensure the successful delivery of aircraft structural design project. This role demands deep expertise in aircraft composite structural design, CAD modelling, and design governance, combined with strong leadership and project delivery skills.

• Lead a design engineering team delivering complex aerospace structures from concept to certification.
• Oversee the creation of 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings in compliance with aerospace standards.
• Ensure adherence to design governance, configuration control, and change management processes.
• Drive design reviews and ensure compliance with stress, systems, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with stress engineers, systems engineers, and manufacturing teams to deliver optimized designs.
• Manage workload allocation, project schedules, and resource planning across the team.
• Act as the primary client interface for design-related technical discussions.
• Drive the team to deliver to schedule and quality

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
