Job description

You'll be the main point of contact for clients, insurers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring all claims and jobs are processed efficiently and accurately. This is a key role in maintaining excellent service standards and smooth workflows across our helpdesk team., * Manage insurance claims and jobs from initiation to completion.

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and contractors to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Review and process documentation, including estimates, invoices, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate job records and track deadlines.
  • Communicate job progress with clients and internal teams.
  • Support other departments and collaborate with the helpdesk team.
  • Updating CAFM systems on a daily basis

Requirements

Do you have experience in Office experience?, * 1-2 years' admin or helpdesk experience (facilities management/insurance preferred).

  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle sensitive information.
  • IT literate, * How many years' experience in a supervisory or management role?
  • How many years' experience in maintenance operations?
