Job description

  • Support Preliminary & Critical Design Reviews
  • Review and validate design changes and software high-level requirements
  • Develop control system requirements for airborne applications
  • Conduct FMEA/FMECA and safety analysis
  • Apply ARP4754, DO-178B/C and DO-254 guidance in a regulated environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Background in product development within a safety-critical environment

  • Exposure to EASA/FAA certification processes is a plus
  • Previous work on gas turbine engines or propulsion systems is desirable

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Controls Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Comfortable writing and reviewing system/software requirements
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, lifecycle impact, and change validation
  • Experience with model-based systems and digital engineering toolsets
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly across teams
  • Knowledge of safety analysis techniques (FMEA, FMECA)
