Business Analyst - Cyber Security - 50,000 Euros

We're looking for a Cyber Business Analyst to join our Security Operations function, acting as the vital bridge between business needs and cutting-edge cyber security services. If you love translating complexity into clarity and want to make a real impact in security delivery, this one's for you.

? What you'll be doing

• Be the go-to expert during client onboarding and service transitions
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable security requirements for SOC and engineering teams
• Analyse and optimise security operations processes, improving efficiency and outcomes
• Own the metrics & reporting programme - KPIs, dashboards, value storytelling
• Collaborate on projects that shape and strengthen our security roadmap

• 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst (with strong cyber/security exposure)
• Solid understanding of security operations, incident response, SIEM, EDR & threat intel
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping & analysis
• Confident communicator who can speak fluently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys improving how things work

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Security certs like Security+ or GSEC
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
