Job description
During this Early Career Program at Rabobank, you will be at the heart of our financing processes, ensuring the quality and integrity of financial data of our business clients. You will work closely with IT teams, business lending colleagues, and product managers to monitor, control, and optimise critical data elements. You'll be challenged to step out of your comfort zone, engage in complex stakeholder management, and develop your storytelling skills to communicate the value of data across all levels of the organisation. After completing the programme, you'll have the opportunity to continue your journey as a Data Steward, with a strong foundation in both technical and soft skills, ready to take on new challenges and drive innovation within the bank.
Examples of projects/tasks:
- Providing functional support to our data consumers and producers
- Translating functional questions into data-driven insights
- Defining requirements for the data logistics chain
- Accepting new or modified functionalities in data products
- Setting up and monitoring data delivery agreements with stakeholders
- Implementing data management and monitoring the quality of critical data for Business Lending applications through dashboarding
- Engaging with product managers to improve data-driven decisionmaking
- Optimising and automating reporting processes for critical data elements, * Managing and supporting the Data Definition Factory
- Handling data requests and answering data-related questions
- Making data available and maintaining it in the Global Data Platform (GDP)
- Safeguarding and implementing the Rabobank's Global Standard on Data Management for our Business Lending data
You will work closely in a multidisciplinary team with Product Managers, Product Owners, Process Managers, System Experts, and IT representatives to ensure every change contributes to an optimal client experience. Together, you strive to improve data management practices and develop best practices.
Requirements

- You enjoy working with data and are eager to learn new tools
- You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- You are flexible, take initiative, and enjoy stakeholder management
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- It is considered an advantage if you are familiar with Scrum/Agile ways of working
- It is considered an advantage if you have some knowledge about SQL, Powerdesigner and/or Azure DevOps

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07).
