Job description
We are looking for an EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line IT support to end users in the Netherlands. The role focuses on resolving basic technical issues, supporting workplace technology, and ensuring a positive user experience., * Provide Level 1 IT support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot common issues related to end-user devices, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365
- Support hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Manage basic user requests such as password resets and access support
- Document and update incidents and requests accurately in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users in Dutch and English
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proficiency in Dutch and English (B2 level or higher)
- Experience or strong interest in IT support / EUC / Service Desk roles
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Work Eligibility
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands for the duration of the contract.
