Job description

We are looking for an EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line IT support to end users in the Netherlands. The role focuses on resolving basic technical issues, supporting workplace technology, and ensuring a positive user experience., * Provide Level 1 IT support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems

  • Troubleshoot common issues related to end-user devices, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365
  • Support hardware, software, and peripheral issues
  • Manage basic user requests such as password resets and access support
  • Document and update incidents and requests accurately in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users in Dutch and English

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proficiency in Dutch and English (B2 level or higher)

  • Experience or strong interest in IT support / EUC / Service Desk roles
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Work Eligibility

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands for the duration of the contract.
