Job description
Responsible for providing a high level of customer service in the delivery of the College's collaborated helpdesk services to meet the College's strategic goals.

Administration of the organisation's collaborative helpdesk service.

Responsible for the helpdesk system's incident & relationship management.

Provide an organised and efficient administrative service to the IT Services department.

Supporting and administering the collaborative service systems identity management.

Collaborating with the College's safeguarding team regarding student and staff eSafety.

Collaboration with College departments regarding the planning, communication and implementation of new systems and technologies to achieve their business goals.

Providing a high level of care and instruction to students who require additional support.

Collaborating with the IT Services Manager on improving the quality of service.

Providing recommendations and support to the College's management and staff to ensure compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and acts.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Relevant previous IT or customer service experience.
- Experience of Microsoft Windows, Teams and M365 applications.
- Experience of systems account administration.
Skills and abilities
- Ability to take responsibility for making decisions.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, punctuality, good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Pro-active with a calm and pleasant disposition, * GSCE Grade A-C/4-9 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT Services team at our Cambridge and Huntingdon Campuses. You will join us on a full-time, full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £25,192 - £27,152 per annum, plus staff benefits.
