- Building and configuring laptops
- Installing and setting up Windows 11 operating systems.
- Basic desktop support
Mobile Device Management
- Enrolling smartphones and Tablets onto MDM solutions.
Basic Application Support
- Assisting users with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Providing support for Third-Party application
General IT Support
- Providing basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Supporting users with basic to intermediate IT queries.
IT Asset Management
- Logging and Tracking IT assets (hardware, software, licences).
- Ensuring compliance with asset management policies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Onboarding new users and providing IT Induction.
- Actively participate in IT projects and initiatives.
- Adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities required by the IT department
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Behavioural Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interest in IT and technology.
- Able to work well under pressure and use own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: diplomatic and able to inspire user confidence.
- Develops and maintains productive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Takes responsibility for the outcomes and impact of their decisions.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of M365, M365 Admin, Windows, incl. user administration. Or transferable skills.
- Basic knowledge of building/configuring, deploying hardware and software.
- Any IT-related qualification is desirable (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals).
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup is advantageous but not essential.
