Job description

Job DescriptionOracle Fusion Architect Role - Hybrid/Two or three days a week in Stevenage (Herts) Salary is £90k up to a max. of £110k:2 months discretionary bonusFamily cover healthcareCompany car or allowance of £510 pmWhat will you be doing? You'll be at the heart of shaping and delivering Oracle Fusion and PaaS solutions that power business strategy. From designing future-ready architectures to guiding cloud migrations and upgrades, you'll lead the charge in building scalable, secure, and compliant systems. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you'll translate business needs into robust technical solutions across modules like Financials, Procurement, and HCM. You'll ensure seamless integration with other enterprise platforms using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, Jitterbit, and Snaplogic. Your role will span the full lifecycle-from defining requirements and overseeing configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Along the way, you'll champion best practices, regulatory compliance, and security standards, while providing technical leadership that empowers teams and vendors alike.

Requirements

What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.7+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, HCM, or SCM.Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools.Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred CertificationsOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.What's in it for you?
