Your new role As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle. You will ensure all documents are accurately processed, stored, and distributed in line with company standards and compliance requirements. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders, you will support the smooth flow of information across multiple projects., * Managing and updating document control systems and databases

• Ensuring compliance with document management procedures and industry standards
• Coordinating document distribution to internal teams and external contractors
• Maintaining accurate records of drawings, specifications, and revisions
• Supporting project teams with document queries and reporting

• Previous experience in a document control role within construction or engineering
• Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, or similar)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
