Job description

Lead IT projects and act as senior technical escalation
Advanced support across Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Intune & networks
Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), security monitoring & automation
Mentor junior engineers and improve systems & processes

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * 5+ years' experience in a systems admin/engineering role (MSP experience preferred)

Strong experience with desktop support, servers and endpoint management
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint and Intune
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server and networking
Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
Experience with backup, cybersecurity tools and virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
Strong documentation, communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail-focused and keen to learn
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
Relevant certifications are desirable
