Requirements

Join a fast-growing IT services provider supporting clients across NI, the UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects, act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across IT platforms Administer, manage, and troubleshoot remote monitoring, automation, and service management tools. Develop and implement scripts and automation to enhance monitoring patching, and reporting. Provide advanced remote and on-site support Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Endpoint Compliance. Configure and support virtualisation environments (VMware & Hyper-V), including performance tuning. Support and troubleshoot networks: firewalls, routers, Cisco switches, DNS/DHCP. Review Defender logs and SOC alerts, escalate and resolve security incidents, and collaborate with managed SOC providers. Maintain technical documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures. The Person 5+ years experience as a systems administrator, engineer, or architect, ideally within an MSP environment. Strong experience in desktop support, server maintenance, and endpoint management. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune, and Endpoint Compliance. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (client & server), Windows Server, and networking principles. Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or similar) for automation. Familiarity with backup solutions, cybersecurity tools, and IT management integrations. Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware & Hyper-V). UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle. Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or platform-specific) are a plus. Flexibility to travel to client sites as required This role is based in the Dungannon area with travel where required to client sites.
