Your Contribution

• Development and transformation of our collective benefits system
• Optimization of our DevOps, e.g. by scaling our batch jobs and automating/simplifying our software deployments/releases
• Support in migrating from mainframe to cloud
• Operation and further development of our applications based on the technology stack below
• Active exchange in internal communities
• Independent work in an agile team and active shaping of team development
• Teamwork and strong communication skills also towards our stakeholders and connected teams

Our team primarily uses the following technologies:

• currently: mainframe, DB2 and GEN from Broadcom
• during the upcoming transformation: GEN, JBOSS EAP on Linux, JAVA, SQL Server

• Degree in computer science or related fields; Java experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication in German and English.
• Experience with databases and data models., * Solid technology understanding with a degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent
• Java experience and willingness to learn mainframe, DB2 and GEN or vice versa
• Experience with databases, e.g. with data models and data flows (batch processing)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Confident communication in German and English
• Several years of professional experience
• Prior knowledge in occupational pension schemes is a plus
