Job description
Lead the design and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring visual consistency, creativity, and alignment with brand guidelines. Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into compelling visual assets for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, paid media, website, etc.). Stay ahead of global design and social media trends, applying fresh ideas that resonate with premium skincare audiences. Collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across channels. Maintain a high standard of visual excellence, pushing creative boundaries while staying true to the brand's tone and values.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within beauty, skincare, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands. Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, modern, and detail-oriented design work, especially for social media. Deep understanding of global design trends, typography, composition, and visual storytelling. Proven ability to create visuals that feel elevated, timeless, and relevant. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of AI tools and applications in design is a strong plus.
