Job description

As an Analytics Engineer specializing in Risk & Reporting, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining the core data models supporting Younited's regulatory and contractual reporting obligations. Following Younited's recent IPO and continued growth, the demand for precise and scalable reporting has increased. Your mission will be to help steer our transition from ad-hoc processes to an industrialized, self-service reporting, with high standards of accuracy. This position combines deep business knowledge, data skills, and the ability to push data literacy across the company. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Product, Finance, Risk, Strategic Partnership, and Data Engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable data solutions. Data Modeling & Governance

Design and implement robust data models in BigQuery, ensuring alignment with reporting needs and usability as self-service reporting solutions Work proactively to incorporate evolving business processes, regulatory or contractual changes into data model structures

ETL/ELT Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize ELT pipelines using tools such as DBT and Airflow Ensure pipelines are secure, reliable, and aligned with best practices (Git, CI/CD)

Ownership & Delivery

Take full ownership of our reporting data products, from mapping existing needs to architecting the transition from legacy solutions to a scalable, self-service framework Help business users across the company by delivering effective training and documentation, helping adoption of our data tools Monitor and enhance data quality, proactively identifying and communicating any potential data issues to stakeholders, A first video chat with our Talent Acquisition Manager, to get to know each other and tell you more about Younited, our corporate culture & values (30') An interview with Robin your future manager (60') A CodingGame to do at home and a business case to present to Robin and another member of Analytics Engineers' Team An interview with Guillaume, Head of Data (45')

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analysis, or a similar data-focused role Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines Excellent analytical and communication abilities, turning complex data into clear insights Quick learner, able to adapt to the consumer credit sector (no prior banking experience required)
