Job description

You will provide first- and second-line IT support to staff and students, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved efficiently. The role is varied and hands-on, combining day-to-day troubleshooting with proactive system support., * Providing responsive IT support across the school

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Supporting classroom and office technology, including laptops, desktops, printers, and interactive displays
  • Managing user accounts, devices, permissions, and backups
  • Assisting with network maintenance and system updates
  • Supporting data protection, cybersecurity, and safeguarding procedures
  • Liaising with external IT providers where required
  • Maintaining accurate records of faults, fixes, and equipment
